The product density tolerance is strictly controlled within the standard range, and the performance of each batch is uniform. Compared with conventional medium and high density sponges, our low density sponge has significantly lower weight per unit volume while maintaining qualified resilience. At the same time, it has a higher compression ratio, with more prominent advantages in storage and transportation costs. Unlike some low-priced low-density sponges on the market, which are prone to slag shedding, powdering, and caking deformation that cannot rebound after long-term pressure, we have optimized the toughness ratio of pore walls in the formula, and combined with the closed-cell foaming process to improve the integrity of the pore structure. The product has stronger resistance to permanent deformation, and can quickly restore its original shape after repeated pressing and long-term load bearing. Its service life far exceeds that of conventional products at the same price. We support adjusting density, hardness, color and size specifications according to customers' specific usage scenarios, and can also provide deep processing services such as special-shaped cutting and lamination with other substrates. All low density sponges undergo full inspection of appearance and performance before delivery, and support on-site inspection by third-party institutions. The development cycle for customized samples is 10-15 days, and conventional stock samples can be provided free of charge. In view of the characteristics of low density sponge such as light weight and high compression ratio, we adopt deep compression packaging for export orders, which can compress the product volume to about 1/4 of the original volume, maximizing container storage space and effectively reducing international sea freight costs. The inner packaging is sealed with waterproof PE film for moisture protection, and the outer layer is reinforced with thickened woven bag to prevent scratches, avoiding moisture, dirt and damage to products during long-distance transportation. We support FOB trade terms, can cooperate with customers' designated freight forwarders to complete a full set of customs clearance procedures such as port delivery and customs declaration, and can also provide different domestic transportation methods such as full truckload and less-than-truckload according to requirements. During order production, we will actively synchronize the production progress with customers at key nodes such as raw material entry, foaming molding, finished product cutting, packaging and warehousing, and can provide real photos or videos for confirmation. The delivery process is fully transparent and controllable.

We have dedicated after-sales liaison personnel to provide customers with full-cycle after-sales guarantee services. The product warranty period varies according to density and application scenarios, and corresponding warranty services can be provided for conventional low density sponge. After-sales inquiries are responded within 24 hours, and targeted solutions are issued within 72 hours. If customers find damaged or missing goods upon signing, they can apply for replacement or corresponding refund with logistics certificates; for return and exchange requests not caused by quality problems, we will also cooperate with customers to negotiate and handle them in accordance with the contract, so as to minimize customers' procurement losses as much as possible. For technical questions during use such as product cutting and composite processing, our technical team can provide remote guidance to ensure that customers can use the products smoothly after purchase.
