With 20 years of experience in sponge production and deep processing, our corrugated sponge is made of high-quality polyurethane sponge through CNC precision die-cutting. Its surface has a regular wave concave-convex structure, which has a larger effective contact area than flat sponge, and performs better in sound absorption, noise reduction and cushioning shock absorption. The peak and valley structure of this corrugated sponge can gradually refract and weaken sound wave energy, effectively reduce indoor sound reflection and reverberation, and improve spatial acoustic effect. At the same time, the concave-convex structure can better wrap the protected items, disperse impact force, and greatly improve the cushioning protection effect. We use high-precision CNC cutting equipment to control the peak height, spacing and overall thickness, ensuring that each piece of corrugated sponge has a uniform structure and stable sound absorption and cushioning performance. It can be widely used in two core scenarios: acoustic noise reduction and cushioning packaging.

We can adjust the substrate performance of corrugated sponge according to customers' usage requirements, such as adding flame retardant formula to make flame retardant corrugated sponge, adding anti-static formula to make anti-static corrugated sponge, to adapt to the special requirements of different industries. Unlike ordinary flat sponges with low sound absorption efficiency and poor cushioning wrapping performance, our corrugated sponge has passed acoustic performance tests and has significant sound absorption effect in mid-high frequency bands. At the same time, the concave-convex structure can increase air circulation and has certain ventilation and moisture-proof advantages. It is not easy to accumulate dust or mildew after long-term use. The product can be supplied in whole sheets or cut to size on demand, and can also be matched with post-processing processes such as adhesive backing and film coating for easy installation and use. All products undergo full inspection of size and appearance before delivery, with regular wave peaks and no deformation. We have established a full-process three-level quality inspection system to control the product quality of corrugated sponge from raw materials, production to finished products. When raw materials enter the factory, we verify the purity and environmental protection indicators of polyurethane raw materials. During foaming, we randomly inspect density, hardness and pore size uniformity at regular intervals. After finished product cutting, 100% full inspection of appearance and size is implemented to ensure regular wave peaks without deformation, uniform thickness, no dents, cracks and pungent odor, and the density error is strictly controlled within 0.5-1 density unit. Samples are retained for each batch of products and factory quality inspection reports are issued. We support customers to entrust third-party institutions to conduct on-site inspection, fully guaranteeing the stability of product quality and giving agents and end customers peace of mind in procurement.

For export orders, we adopt compressed vacuum packaging for corrugated sponge, which can compress the product volume to about 1/3 of the original volume, greatly saving container space and reducing international sea freight costs. The outer packaging adopts double protection of waterproof PE film and thickened woven bag, which effectively isolates moisture and external impact during transportation and avoids moisture and deformation of products. We support FOB trade terms, can cooperate with customers' designated freight forwarders to complete port delivery, customs declaration and other customs clearance procedures, and can also provide different domestic transportation methods such as full truckload and less-than-truckload according to requirements. During order production, we will actively synchronize the production progress with customers at key nodes such as raw material entry, foaming molding, finished product cutting, packaging and warehousing, and can provide photos or videos for confirmation. The delivery process is fully transparent.

We adopt a flexible payment policy. For standard corrugated sponge, the payment method is 30% advance payment and 70% balance payment, which can be settled before shipment; for customized products, the payment method is 50% advance payment and 50% balance payment to ensure the smooth progress of customized orders. For large-volume procurement orders, we provide tiered discount offers. The larger the purchase volume, the more competitive the unit price, which can help agents increase profit margins. We support mainstream foreign trade settlement currencies such as US dollars, and can provide supporting documents such as customs declaration documents and VAT invoices.
