It can be used as cushioning packaging material to protect fragile items, and also as filling material for furniture, automotive interiors and other scenarios, with strong adaptability. We can carry out targeted optimization of urethane sponge according to different application scenarios. For example, the cushioning and impact resistance can be improved for the packaging field, the resilience and durability can be optimized for the furniture field, and anti-static function can be added for the electronic field. Relying on CNC cutting equipment, we can achieve precise processing of various specifications and sizes, and also complete special processes such as special-shaped cutting, lamination, and hot stamping to meet the diverse needs of customers. All urethane sponges are produced in our own factory throughout the process, and the whole process from raw materials to finished products is traceable. We also assign a dedicated liaison to each customer to follow up the whole process from demand communication to order delivery, ensuring an efficient and smooth procurement process.

We support all-round OEM/ODM customization. Customers can provide technical drawings or physical samples, and we produce urethane sponges of corresponding specifications according to requirements. Customizable dimensions include density, hardness, color, size and shape, and deep processing services such as special-shaped cutting, lamination, film coating and hot stamping are also provided. Conventional stock samples can be delivered in 3-5 days, and the development cycle for special customized samples is 10-15 days. Samples can be provided free of charge. The minimum order quantity is about 100 meters, and mixed loading of different colors and models is supported in a single order, which flexibly meets customers' needs for small-batch trial orders and combined procurement.

For export orders, we adopt compressed packaging, which can greatly save transportation space and reduce international logistics costs. The outer packaging is made of waterproof and moisture-proof materials, and the inner layer is protected against pressure to avoid moisture and deformation of products during long-distance transportation. We support FOB trade terms, can cooperate with customers' designated freight forwarders to complete port delivery and customs clearance procedures, and can also coordinate different transportation methods such as full truckload and less-than-truckload according to requirements. During order production, we will actively synchronize the production progress with customers at key nodes such as raw material entry, foaming molding, and finished product quality inspection, and provide finished product photos or videos for confirmation to ensure a transparent and controllable delivery process.

We have dedicated after-sales liaison personnel to provide full-cycle after-sales guarantee. The product warranty period varies according to density and quality grade, and 1-3 years warranty can be provided for conventional products. After-sales inquiries are responded within 24 hours, and corresponding solutions are issued within 72 hours. If customers find damaged or missing goods upon signing, they can apply for replacement or corresponding refund with logistics certificates; for return and exchange requests not caused by quality problems, we will also cooperate with customers to negotiate and handle them in accordance with the contract, so as to minimize customers' procurement losses as much as possible.
