With 20 years of experience in sponge R&D and production, our polypropylene sponge uses food-grade polypropylene as the core raw material and is made by a special open-cell foaming process. It has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and hydrophobic properties, making it an ideal material for humid and chemical medium scenarios. This polypropylene sponge is lightweight, tough, not easy to shed chips, and can be repeatedly cleaned and recycled. It can be used as a filter material to intercept various impurities, and also as a cushioning gasket to meet industrial needs in acid-base environments. Our production process fully complies with environmental protection regulations and has a complete EIA report. The finished product does not precipitate harmful substances and can be safely used in scenarios with high environmental protection requirements such as food contact and water purification filtration.

Unlike ordinary polyurethane sponges, which are easily corroded by organic solvents and prone to bacteria growth when exposed to water, our polypropylene sponge has good resistance to most acid-base solutions and organic solvents. It maintains structural integrity under complex working conditions, and is hydrophobic, breathable and not easy to mildew. We can adjust the pore size, density and thickness of the sponge according to customers' usage scenarios to adapt to different filtration accuracy and cushioning needs, and can also complete custom processing such as cutting and hot press molding. All batches of polypropylene sponge undergo strict factory inspection to ensure material purity and performance indicators meet standards. For polypropylene sponge, we adopt a brand-new pure raw material foaming process, no recycled materials or harmful additives are added. The finished product has no pungent odor and can meet the environmental protection requirements of multiple scenarios. In terms of quality control, we implement a three-level quality inspection system: raw material incoming inspection, production process random inspection, and finished product full inspection. The density error is strictly controlled within 0.5-1 density unit, and 100% appearance and size inspection is completed before packaging. Third-party inspection is supported to ensure that each batch of products meets the agreed quality standards.

For conventional standard products, the payment method is 30% advance payment and 70% balance payment; for customized products, the payment method is 50% advance payment and 50% balance payment. For large-volume procurement orders, we provide tiered discount offers. The larger the purchase volume, the more competitive the unit price. We support FOB trade terms and can cooperate with customers to complete port delivery and customs clearance procedures.
