We entered the sponge production industry in 2004 and are a factory with 20 years of industry accumulation. Covering a total area of 20,000 square meters, our factory is equipped with full-process production equipment such as fully automatic sponge production lines, CNC special-shaped processing equipment, horizontal and vertical cutting machines. With a monthly production capacity of 2,000m³ to 4,000m³, we can stably undertake large-batch orders for heat resistant sponges. The factory has passed ISO9001 Quality Management System certification and has an independent R&D team, which can optimize formulas and iterate products according to different temperature resistance requirements. All production links comply with local environmental protection regulations and have a complete environmental impact assessment (EIA) report. The whole process from raw material foaming to finished product cutting is completed independently without intermediate links, which not only ensures the consistency of product performance, but also provides customers with more competitive procurement prices.

We support full-dimensional OEM/ODM customization services, and can carry out exclusive development according to customers' technical drawings, samples or specific requirements. For heat resistant sponge, we can adjust parameters such as temperature resistance grade, density, hardness, color and size, and also provide deep processing services such as special-shaped cutting, lamination, and film coating. The development cycle for customized samples is 10-15 days, and conventional samples can be provided free of charge. The minimum order quantity is about 100 meters, and mixed specifications and colors are supported within the same MOQ order. We will confirm all parameter details with customers before sampling, and arrange mass production after sample confirmation to ensure that the finished products fully match the usage requirements.

We have established a full-process quality control system, with strict checks from raw material entry, foaming production to finished product delivery. During production, multiple rounds of random inspections are conducted on sponge density, pore size and hardness. The finished product density error is strictly controlled within 0.5-1 density unit, and 100% full inspection is implemented for size and appearance to ensure no dents, cracks, peculiar smell and other problems. All products undergo final quality inspection before packaging, and factory test reports can be provided, while third-party inspection is accepted. If the goods are damaged during transportation, we will negotiate a reasonable solution with the customer according to the actual damage degree to protect the customer's procurement rights and interests.
