This fire resistant sponge can maintain basic structural integrity under high-temperature burning environment, will not collapse and melt in a large area, can effectively delay heat transfer, and leave safety buffer time for equipment and personnel. Relying on our independent R&D team and fully automatic foaming production line, we can precisely control the distribution uniformity of refractory components, ensuring that the fire resistance performance of each batch of fire resistant sponge is stable and consistent. At the same time, we can adjust density, hardness and size specifications according to usage scenarios to meet the fire protection needs of different industrial fields.

In practical application tests, our fire resistant sponge has stronger continuous burning resistance than ordinary fireproof sponges, with lower smoke emission and less flue gas toxicity under open flame action, meeting the safety protection requirements of industrial scenarios. Unlike some products on the market that only have surface fire-resistant treatment, we adopt an overall homogeneous foaming process, with refractory components evenly distributed inside the sponge. Even after secondary processing such as cutting and grinding, the cross-section still has the same fire resistance performance, and there will be no surface layer failure problem. We support customized cutting and composite processing according to customers' fire resistance grade requirements and equipment shapes. All products pass random inspection of fire resistance performance and full-dimensional appearance quality inspection before delivery, and corresponding test data can be provided. On-site inspection by third-party institutions is supported. We have established a full-process quality control system throughout raw material entry, production process and finished product delivery. For fire resistant sponge, we verify the composition and addition ratio of refractory fillers at the raw material stage to ensure the formula meets standards; during foaming, we randomly inspect density, hardness and fire resistance uniformity by batch; at the finished product stage, 100% full inspection of appearance and size is implemented to ensure no defects such as dents, cracks and peculiar smell, and the density error is strictly controlled within 0.5-1 density unit. Samples are retained for each batch of products and factory quality inspection reports are issued, while third-party on-site inspection is accepted to fully guarantee the stability and consistency of product performance.

We adopt a flexible and compliant payment policy. For standard fire resistant sponges, the payment method is 30% advance payment and 70% balance payment, which can be settled before shipment; for customized products, the payment method is 50% advance payment and 50% balance payment to ensure the smooth progress of customized orders. For large-volume procurement orders, we provide tiered discount offers. The larger the purchase volume, the more competitive the unit price, which can fully guarantee the profit margin of agents. We support mainstream foreign trade settlement currencies such as US dollars, and can provide a full set of supporting documents such as customs declaration documents and VAT invoices.
