Compared with ordinary flame retardant sponges that can only achieve the basic performance of self-extinguishing after leaving fire, our fireproof sponge focuses more on overall fire barrier capability. It carbonizes and forms a crust when burning, does not spread or drip, and can effectively block heat and flame from transferring to the back. It is suitable for scenarios with higher fire protection grade requirements. We adopt an overall homogeneous foaming process, with fireproof components penetrating every part of the sponge interior. Even if cut into any shape, the cut surface still maintains the same fireproof performance, and there will be no performance fault. We support customized development according to customers' specific fire protection standards and usage scenarios. We can laminate substrates such as aluminum foil and non-woven fabric to further improve the fireproof and thermal insulation effect, and can also complete deep processing such as special-shaped cutting and slotting. All products undergo strict random inspection of fireproof performance and full-dimensional quality inspection before delivery, and corresponding performance test reports can be provided. The development cycle for customized samples is 10-15 days, and conventional samples can be provided free of charge. We have established a strict three-level quality inspection system to control the quality of the entire production process of fireproof sponge. When raw materials enter the factory, we verify the composition and purity of fireproof raw materials to ensure the formula meets design standards; during foaming production, we randomly inspect density, hardness and uniformity of fireproof components at regular intervals, and adjust production parameters in time; before finished products leave the factory, 100% full inspection of appearance and size is implemented to ensure no defects such as dents, cracks and peculiar smell. At the same time, fireproof performance is randomly inspected by batch to ensure that the density error is strictly controlled within 0.5-1 density unit. Samples are retained for each batch of products and factory quality inspection reports are issued, while third-party on-site inspection is accepted to fully guarantee the stability and reliability of product fireproof performance and give customers peace of mind in procurement.
