Through a special hydrophilic grafting process, we make hydrophilic groups evenly distributed inside the sponge instead of only surface coating treatment. The hydrophilic performance will not attenuate after long-term use and repeated cleaning, and can be stably applied to various scenarios requiring water absorption, moisture retention and water permeability. We can adjust the pore size, density and hardness of the sponge according to usage requirements to adapt to different water absorption rates and water retention requirements.

Unlike ordinary polyurethane sponges, which are hydrophobic, slow in water absorption and poor in water retention, our hydrophilic foam sponge can quickly absorb water several times its own weight, and releases water evenly and gently, which can continuously maintain a moist state. We support cutting into any size and shape according to customer needs, and can also laminate substrates such as non-woven fabric and gauze to improve use strength. The inner packaging is sealed with waterproof PE film, and the outer layer is reinforced with thickened woven bag, which can effectively isolate moisture and external impact, ensuring that the product is dry and intact upon arrival. We support FOB trade terms, can cooperate with customers' designated freight forwarders to complete port delivery, customs declaration and other customs clearance procedures, and can also provide different transportation methods such as full truckload and less-than-truckload according to requirements. During order production, we will actively synchronize the production progress with customers at key nodes and provide finished product photos or videos for confirmation. The delivery process is fully transparent and controllable.
