It is made of hydrophilic modified polyurethane formula combined with open-cell foaming process, with strong internal pore connectivity. It can quickly absorb and lock a large amount of water, and its water absorption rate and water retention capacity are far superior to ordinary civilian sponges. This industrial water absorbent sponge is flexible and does not shed crumbs. According to the differentiated needs of different industrial scenarios, we have designed the pore size, hardness and water absorption rate of industrial water absorbent sponge in grades. The coarse-pore version is suitable for rapid and large-volume water absorption, and the fine-pore version is suitable for precise water control and liquid filtration, which can adapt to multiple scenarios from workshop cleaning to equipment supporting.

 

Different from ordinary water absorbent sponges that have attenuated hydrophilic performance and become slaggy and hard after a period of use, our product adopts an overall hydrophilic grafting process, with hydrophilic components evenly distributed in the internal structure of the sponge. After long-term use and repeated cleaning, the water absorption performance will not decrease significantly, and its service life is more than 3 times that of ordinary coated water absorbent sponges. The development cycle of custom samples is 10-15 days, conventional spot samples can be provided free of charge, the minimum order quantity is about 100 meters, and mixed loading of products of different specifications and shapes is allowed in a single order, flexibly meeting customers' small-batch trial orders and combined procurement needs. We will confirm all performance parameters and size details with customers before proofing, and arrange mass production after sample confirmation to ensure that the finished products fully match the use needs.

 

 

For international foreign trade orders, we adopt dry compression packaging for industrial water absorbent sponge, which not only saves transportation space, but also avoids moisture affecting product performance during transportation. The inner layer of the package is sealed with waterproof PE film, and the outer layer is reinforced with thickened woven bags, which can effectively isolate moisture and external impact, ensuring that the product arrives dry and intact.

We support FOB trade terms, and can cooperate with customers' designated freight forwarders to complete port delivery and customs declaration and other export procedures. We can also provide different transportation methods such as full truckload and less than truckload according to needs. During the order production process, we will actively synchronize the production progress with customers at key nodes such as raw material entry, foaming forming, finished product cutting and packaging warehousing, and provide finished product photos or videos for confirmation. The delivery process is transparent and controllable throughout the process.

If customers find damaged, missing or substandard performance upon signing, they can apply for reissue or corresponding refund with logistics certificate and test data; for return and exchange requests not caused by quality problems, we will also cooperate with customers to negotiate and handle in accordance with the contract, minimizing customers' procurement losses as much as possible.
