Relying on a fully automatic foaming production line to precisely control raw material ratio and foaming parameters, we ensure that the core indicators such as density and hardness of each batch of high density polyurethane foam are highly consistent, avoiding the common problem of large batch performance fluctuations in products from small factories. Different from some manufacturers on the market who falsely mark density by adding fillers, our high density polyurethane foam is foamed with pure raw materials throughout the process. The finished product has no pungent odor, and all environmental protection indicators meet domestic environmental assessment standards, so it can be directly used in closed spaces such as indoor home and office environments.

 

According to the use needs of different industries, we can directionally adjust the hardness, resilience rate and surface texture of the foam. We entered the foam production industry in 2004, and are an original production factory with 20 years of deep cultivation in the industry. The factory covers a total area of 20,000 square meters, equipped with full-process production equipment such as fully automatic foam foaming lines, CNC special-shaped processing equipment, horizontal and vertical cutting equipment. With a monthly production capacity of 2,000m³-4,000m³, we can stably undertake large-batch orders of high density polyurethane foam.

 

The factory has an independent R&D team, which can carry out formula optimization and product iteration for different use scenarios. All production links comply with local environmental protection regulations, with a complete environmental assessment report, and have passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification. The whole process from raw material foaming to finished product cutting is completed independently without intermediate links, which can not only ensure the consistency of product performance, but also provide overseas agents with more competitive procurement prices and sufficient profit margins.

 

 

We support full-dimensional OEM/ODM customization services. Customers can provide technical drawings, physical samples or specific requirements, and we will develop corresponding specifications of high density polyurethane foam solutions on demand. Customizable dimensions include density, hardness, color, size and shape structure. We also provide deep processing services such as special-shaped cutting, lamination, self-adhesive backing and film coating.

 

Conventional spot samples can be delivered in 3-5 days, and the development cycle for special custom samples is 10-15 days. Samples can be provided free of charge. The minimum order quantity of the product is about 100 meters, and mixed loading of products of different specifications and colors is allowed in a single order, which can flexibly meet customers' small-batch trial orders and combined procurement needs. We will confirm all parameter details with customers before proofing, and arrange mass production after the samples are confirmed by customers to ensure that the finished products fully match the actual use needs.

 

 

We have established a three-level quality inspection system throughout the production process, checking layer by layer from raw material entry, foaming production to finished product delivery. For high density polyurethane foam, we verify the purity and environmental protection indicators of polyurethane raw materials at the raw material stage, randomly inspect density, hardness and cell uniformity by batch during the foaming process, and implement 100% full inspection of appearance and size at the finished product stage to ensure no defects such as dents, cracks and peculiar smell, with density error strictly controlled within 0.5-1 density unit.

 

Each batch of products is retained with samples and accompanied by a factory quality inspection report. We also accept third-party on-site inspection, comprehensively guaranteeing the stability and consistency of product performance, so that agents and end customers can purchase with confidence.
