This thermal insulation sponge foam has low thermal conductivity, wide temperature resistance range, is not easy to age and deform after long-term use, and can continuously maintain stable thermal insulation performance in high and low temperature environments. By precisely controlling cell size and closed cell rate, we ensure that the thermal insulation performance of each batch of thermal insulation sponge foam is uniform and consistent, effectively reducing cold and heat loss and helping customers reduce energy consumption costs.

 

Different from ordinary thermal insulation materials that are easy to absorb water, have poor moisture resistance and have attenuated thermal insulation effect after long-term use, our thermal insulation sponge foam adopts a fully closed-cell structure with extremely low water absorption rate, which can effectively isolate water vapor penetration and avoid thermal insulation performance degradation and material mildew caused by water absorption.

 

According to different working condition needs, we can adjust the density, temperature resistance grade and thickness of the product, and can also composite base materials such as aluminum foil and glass fiber cloth to further improve thermal insulation and fireproof performance, adapting to multiple scenarios such as high-temperature pipelines, low-temperature cold chains and building exterior walls. Our product has been tested by multiple rounds of high and low temperature aging, with stable performance and long service life. For international foreign trade orders, we adopt compression packaging for thermal insulation sponge foam, which can greatly reduce product volume, save container space and reduce international shipping costs. The outer layer of the package is double-protected with waterproof PE film and thickened woven bags, which effectively isolates moisture and external impact during transportation and avoids product moisture, deformation and damage.

 

We support FOB trade terms, and can cooperate with customers' designated freight forwarders to complete port delivery, customs declaration and other export procedures. We can also provide different domestic transportation methods such as full truckload and less than truckload according to needs. During the order production process, we will actively synchronize the production progress with customers at key nodes such as raw material entry, foaming forming, finished product cutting and packaging warehousing, and can provide photos or videos for confirmation. The delivery process is transparent and controllable throughout the process.

 

 

We have established a strict three-level quality inspection system to control the whole production process of thermal insulation sponge foam. When raw materials enter the factory, we verify the composition indicators of polyurethane raw materials and foaming additives to ensure that the formula meets the thermal insulation performance design standards; during the foaming production process, we randomly inspect density, closed cell rate and thermal conductivity at frequent intervals, and adjust production parameters in time; before finished products leave the factory, 100% full inspection of appearance and size is implemented to ensure no defects such as dents, cracks and peculiar smell, with density error strictly controlled within 0.5-1 density unit.

 

Each batch of products is retained with samples and accompanied by a factory quality inspection report. We also accept third-party on-site inspection, comprehensively guaranteeing the stability and reliability of product thermal insulation performance, so that customers can purchase with confidence.
