When raw materials enter the factory, we verify the purity and environmental protection indicators of polyurethane raw materials; during the foaming process, we randomly inspect pore size, open cell rate and density uniformity at frequent intervals, and adjust production parameters in time; after finished product cutting, 100% full inspection of appearance and size is implemented to ensure no defects such as damage, hard core and slag shedding, with density error strictly controlled within 0.5-1 density unit.

 

Each batch of products is retained with samples and accompanied by a factory quality inspection report. We also accept third-party on-site inspection, comprehensively guaranteeing the stability and consistency of product filtration performance, ensuring that the filtration accuracy meets the standard and the service life meets expectations in end use.

For standard open cell filter sponge, we implement a payment method of 30% advance payment and 70% balance payment, and the balance can be settled before shipment; for customized products, we implement a payment method of 50% advance payment and 50% balance payment to ensure the smooth progress of customized orders.
