Compared with ordinary flammable foam, our fire retardant foam sponge reduces fire hazards from the root, especially suitable for densely populated places and supporting scenarios with fire protection requirements. Different from some low-priced flame retardant sponges on the market that only spray flame retardants on the surface and have attenuated flame retardant performance after washing or friction, our product adopts an overall homogeneous foaming process, with flame retardant components evenly distributed inside the sponge. Even after secondary processing such as cutting and punching, the cut surface still has the same flame retardant effect, and the flame retardant performance is stable and does not attenuate during the service life.

The factory has an independent R&D team, which can carry out formula optimization and product iteration for different flame retardant grade requirements. All production links comply with local environmental protection regulations, with a complete environmental assessment report, and have passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification. The whole process from raw material foaming to finished product cutting is completed independently without intermediate links, which can not only ensure the consistency of product flame retardant performance, but also provide overseas purchasers and agents with more competitive procurement prices and sufficient production capacity guarantee.

 

 

For international foreign trade orders, we adopt compression packaging for fire retardant foam sponge, which can greatly reduce product volume, save container space and reduce international shipping costs. The outer layer of the package is double-protected with waterproof PE film and thickened woven bags, which effectively isolates moisture and external impact during transportation and avoids product moisture and deformation.

 

We support FOB trade terms, and can cooperate with customers' designated freight forwarders to complete port delivery, customs declaration and other export procedures. We can also provide different domestic transportation methods such as full truckload and less than truckload according to needs. During the order production process, we will actively synchronize the production progress with customers at key nodes such as raw material entry, foaming forming, finished product cutting and packaging warehousing, and can provide photos or videos for confirmation. The product warranty period varies according to density and quality grade, and conventional fire retardant foam sponge can provide 1-3 years warranty. After-sales inquiries are responded to within 24 hours, and corresponding solutions are issued within 72 hours.

 

If customers find damaged or missing goods upon signing, they can apply for reissue or corresponding refund with logistics certificate; for return and exchange requests not caused by quality problems, we will also cooperate with customers to negotiate and handle in accordance with the contract, minimizing customers' procurement losses as much as possible.
